Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Bangladesh in 2–4 working days. Delivery inside Dhaka is often next-day.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳150 outside. Shipping is free on orders over ৳2,000.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes we offer a 7-day exchange on unworn items with tags attached. See our shipping & returns page for full details.
How should I care for my INNERAE pieces?
We recommend hand-washing in cold water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry. This preserves the fabric and elastic.
The size I want is sold out will you restock?
Most core styles restock every 4–6 weeks. Message us and we'll let you know as soon as it's back.

Is Cash on Delivery available on every order?
Yes. COD is available on all orders shipped inside Bangladesh, with no minimum order value.
When will my COD order arrive?
Orders inside Dhaka are usually delivered within 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka takes 2–4 working days. You'll receive an SMS or call from our courier before delivery to confirm your address.
How do I pay the delivery agent?
Pay in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready our delivery partners may not carry change. We currently accept cash only for COD orders; mobile wallets (bKash/Nagad) and card payments are for online prepaid orders.
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes. You can open the parcel and check that the item, size and colour match your order before handing over the cash. Trying on intimatewear is not permitted at the door for hygiene reasons please use our 7-day exchange policy instead.
What if I'm not available when the courier arrives?
The courier will call you and, if needed, attempt delivery again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled automatically.
What happens if the courier can't collect the cash?
If you refuse the parcel or can't pay at the door, the order is marked undelivered and returned to our warehouse. Repeated refused COD orders from the same phone number or address may require prepayment on future orders.
Can I cancel or change a COD order?
You can cancel or edit your order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Once it's with the courier, please refuse it at the door and contact us so we can process a fresh order.
